ASSIGNMENT TITLE: CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR DESIGNING OF A WATER RESERVOIR AND IRRIGATION SYSTEM AT NJUCHI ESTATE
- Background
ADMARC Limited intends to engage the services of a qualified consulting firm to provide consultancy services for the design of a water reservoir and irrigation system at Njuchi Estate. The objective is to improve water management and boost agricultural productivity at the Estate.
- The Services
The consulting services (“the Services”) will include, but are not limited to:
- Carrying out detailed site investigations for the proposed water reservoir.
- Developing engineering designs for the reservoir, including capacity, location, structural drawings and excavation requirements.
- Preparing an irrigation system design covering the entire Estate, including layout, pipeline networks, pumping systems and associated structures.
- Preparing technical specifications for the construction works.
- Providing supervision support during implementation.
- The assignment is expected to be completed within two (2) months from the date of contract signing.
- Shortlisting Criteria
ADMARC Limited now invites eligible consulting firms (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing these services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. The shortlisting criteria are:
- Core business and 10 years of experience in consultancy services.
- Relevant experience in designing water reservoirs and irrigation systems of similar scope for 7 years.
- Technical and managerial capability of the firm demonstrated through an organogram.
- Availability of qualified key personnel
- Selection Method
The consulting film will be selected in accordance with the Quality Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method set out in the Procurement Regulations.
- Submission Details
Sealed applications clearly marked on the outer envelope with a description and procurement reference number must be deposited in the tender box at the Main Reception, ADMARC Limited, Corner Tsiranana Road, Limbe at or before 2.00pm on Thursday, 24th July 2025. Late bids shall be rejected and returned to the applicants unopened. Expressions of Interest will be opened in the presence of the applicant’s representatives who choose to attend, in the ADMARC Limited Corporate Marketing Board Room, ADMARC Limited Head Office, Corner Tsiranana Road, Limbe at 2:00pm on Thursday, 24th July 2025.
