From October 16 to 18, 2024, ADMARC Limited brought together key staff members in Mangochi for a focused policy review. The goal of the meeting was to ensure that ADMARC’s operational guidelines align with the organization’s goals and can adapt to current trends and demands in the agricultural sector. The Director of Operations, Fodreck Nyongani, opened the session, highlighting the significance of this gathering for ADMARC’s future direction.
The team reviewed a range of policies—some longstanding and others newly introduced. Nyongani expressed that updating these policies is crucial to helping ADMARC stay responsive to shifts in agriculture and continue to serve Malawi’s farmers effectively. By refining these operational guidelines, ADMARC aims to strengthen its role in supporting agricultural growth and providing value to the local farming community.
