ADMARC Limited has reaffirmed its commitment to expanding international trade partnerships following its participation in a high-level Malawi–India business engagement held at the Trade Fair Grounds in Blantyre.
The forum brought together captains of industry from Malawi and India to deepen trade and investment cooperation between the two countries and was graced by the Minister of Trade, Industrialisation, Business and Tourism, Simon Itaye, his deputy Edgar Tembo and the Indian High Commissioner to Malawi, Amararam Gujar.
Minister Simon Itaye reaffirmed the government’s commitment to strengthening international trade cooperation as part of advancing the aspirations of Malawi 2063.
ADMARC was represented by its Acting Director of Operations, Agnes Ndovi, who described the forum as a strategic and timely platform for fostering partnerships, exploring new export markets, and strengthening agricultural trade linkages between Malawi and India.
Speaking on the sidelines of the meeting, Ndovi said, “The engagement has created meaningful opportunities for ADMARC to interact with potential investors and buyers. We are optimistic that the relationships established here will translate into tangible trade partnerships that support agricultural growth and contribute to Malawi’s broader economic development.”
The meeting was organised by the Malawi Confederation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry (MCCCI), underscoring its role in promoting private sector-led growth and international business collaboration.
