MacDonald Njobvu is the Acting Director of Operations at ADMARC Limited, bringing over 20 years of experience in agribusiness, value chain management and project management. He has extensive expertise in inclusive economic growth, trade and structured market systems, having worked as a Business Planning and Management Consultant on World Bank–funded programmes. In this role, he has led market diagnostics, developed strategic partnerships, and managed high-value chain crops. Previously, Njobvu worked as Head of Supply Chain at Carlsberg Malawi, Operations Director at the Farmers Union of Malawi, and Agribusiness Manager with Save the Children(US), where he led initiatives supporting smallholder farmers, cooperatives, and national farmer organisations through market linkages, contract farming, and institutional development. He holds an MBA from the University of South Wales, Advanced Diploma in systems audit from HTW Saarland, Germany, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Malawi (The Polytechnic).
